I’m Booked Box, LLC - Shipping & Refund FAQ
? When will my box ship?
All boxes ship between the 1st and 5th of each month. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please note: Shipment dates may occasionally be adjusted due to vendor or supply delays. If this happens, you will be notified as soon as possible, and boxes will ship at the earliest available date.
? If I order today, which month’s box will I get?
Orders placed by the 15th secure the next month’s box.
Orders placed after the 15th begin with the following month’s box cycle.
Example: Order on August 10 → you get September’s box. Order on August 20 → you get October’s box.
? Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel anytime before your next billing date. Once your payment has processed, your box will still ship, and the payment is nonrefundable.
? Are boxes refundable?
No. All I’m Booked Box LLC boxes are nonrefundable because they are curated and prepared based on the number of orders each month.
? What if I already own the book?
Each month’s book is carefully selected, but sometimes it may be a title you already own or have read. In that case, the box is still nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.
? What if something arrives damaged?
Books: All books are purchased brand new and carefully inspected before packaging. No damaged books ever leave our facility. Books are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.
Merchandise & extras: If any included item (candles, mugs, bookmarks, etc.) arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement. Please note that in some cases we work with suppliers to obtain replacements, which may result in additional time before your replacement item ships.
? Are these books suitable for everyone?
No. I’m Booked Box LLC specializes in dark, gothic, and fantasy romance. Many titles contain adult or mature themes, including graphic sexual content and violence. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
