Welcome to I’m Booked Box LLC! By accessing, navigating, or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities as a customer.

1. Business Ownership & Intellectual Property

I’m Booked Box LLC is a registered Limited Liability Company as of the above date. All content—including our name, logo, branding, product selections, and curated boxes—is the exclusive property of I’m Booked Box LLC. Any reproduction, impersonation, or use of our intellectual property without written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

2. Age Requirement

By purchasing from I’m Booked Box LLC, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age. Our book selections frequently contain mature and graphic content and are not suitable for all audiences. Themes may include, but are not limited to:

  • Dark, gothic, fantasy, and paranormal romance

  • Power imbalances

  • Villain/anti-hero love interests

  • Enemies-to-lovers dynamics

  • Forbidden love

  • Mafia romance

  • Obsession, possession, revenge, and trauma

  • Graphic sexual content

  • Violence, including murder and assault

Please note: All customers are responsible for reviewing the trigger warnings included at the front of each book before deciding to read. I’m Booked Box LLC does not knowingly sell to minors and reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be age-verified.

3. Ordering & Subscription Policy

  • Orders placed by the 15th of each month secure the next month’s box.

  • Orders placed after the 15th begin with the following month’s box cycle.
    Example: Order on August 10 → September box. Order on August 20 → October box.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled before the next billing date.

4. Shipping

  • Boxes ship between the 1st and 5th of each month.

  • Tracking details are emailed once your order is shipped.

  • I’m Booked Box LLC is not responsible for postal delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as shipped by the carrier.

5. Refunds & Replacements

  • Nonrefundable: All I’m Booked Box LLC boxes are final sale, as they are curated and prepared based on monthly sales.

  • Books: All titles are purchased brand new and inspected before packaging. Books are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable, even if you already own the selected title.

  • Merchandise & Extras: Faulty or damaged merchandise (e.g., candles, mugs, bookmarks) may qualify for replacement if reported within 5 days of delivery with proof of damage. In some cases, we work with suppliers to obtain replacements, which may result in additional time before your replacement item ships.

6. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from I’m Booked Box LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You understand that curated boxes may contain books you already own or have read.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Reshipping due to customer error may require additional fees.

  • Items such as candles, teas, or bath products may cause allergic reactions. Use is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

I’m Booked Box LLC and its owners are not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions, injuries, or damages caused by included products.

  • Postal or courier delays, lost, or stolen packages.

  • Dissatisfaction with book or merchandise selections.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release I’m Booked Box LLC and its owners from any liability, harm, or claims related to your purchase or use of our products.

8. Force Majeure

I’m Booked Box LLC is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, postal strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

I’m Booked Box LLC also reserves the right to adjust shipment dates if necessary due to supply delays, late deliveries from vendors or publishers, or other unexpected disruptions. In the event of a delay, customers will be notified as soon as possible, and boxes will be shipped at the earliest available date.

9. Indemnification

By using this site and purchasing from I’m Booked Box LLC, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless I’m Booked Box LLC and its owners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts located within Nebraska, USA.
